With one purchase, you’ll get an assortment of 5 one pound packages of our best sausages. Options include items such as mild italian, chorizo, bratwurst, breakfast sausage and more. While we can’t guarantee which products you’ll get with this order we can guarantee they will be delicious. All products from Colfax Creek Farm bring you a taste of responsible farming. We pride ourselves on letting our pigs be pigs by raising them in pastures where they can root, wallow and forage. We also keep them in herds from farrow to finish which allows them to meet their social needs and minimizes stress. As a result, our pigs are happy, we’re happy, and we believe that you’ll be happy too!
All products from Colfax Creek Farm bring you a taste of responsible farming. We pride ourselves on only selling beef that has been 100% grass fed from wean to finish and raising our pigs in pastures where they can root, wallow and forage.
